Sam joined Brown Partners in September 2016 from the corporate and commercial team of a prominent mid-sized Auckland firm where she had practised for the previous two years. Prior to that she worked at another well-regarded boutique firm in Auckland.
Sam has particular experience in capital raising and related Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 compliance advice, the review, negotiation and drafting of shareholders agreements, mergers and acquisitions transactions and the provision of general corporate advice.
In addition, Sam has extensive experience with all aspects of commercial leasing and general property law experience.
Sam particularly enjoys getting to know her clients and their business objectives and working with them to achieve their desired outcomes and goals.
